Adult Group Coaching is conducted at different mid-week morning times at most of our venues.
The most popular coaching time is Friday from 9.15 am at East Malvern Tennis Club.
Players are placed into a similar standard and learn the basis technically and tactical components of all strokes. As players improve they move to the next stage of the program where there are four levels of learning graded: beginner, social, low competitive and high competitive. The eight week course follows a school term and progresses through the year.
Some players book in by themselves and are placed into a group. Whilst others join as a team, or ,with a group of friends. Whichever way you join you'll have fun, gain fitness and improve your game.
Futures Tennis also conducts a Social Adult Comp for adults who would like to play more often on a Monday at East Malvern TC from 10-11.30 am.
