What is Adult Coaching?

Our adult coaching pathways were designed to offer all standard and age adults an option of either a cardio workout or a technical / tactical based class. Our programs progress from beginner to social, intermediate to advanced levels and finally to Vets players classes as tennis is a lifetime journey. Adult beginners start in our TENNIS XPRESS program using 75% low compression green balls used to make the game easier and slower, enabling first timers a chance to engage in longer rallies, making the game even more fun, before moving on to the more advanced programs. If desired, adults may then like to compete in our social and low grade club competition programs. If you like we can also offer coaching to your entire team to make sure all players are on the same "page".

Active Fitness Tennis

Cardio Tennis

Cardio is the new way to play tennis! It is not tennis coaching. It is a workout on the tennis court to music with fun, fitness based drills and activities for all players and standards. These group sessions run for a term or discount semester. Emphasis is on drilling and having a gut crunching work out where you hit heaps of balls and burn up calories. Although Cardio has no coaching element you will hit many more balls in these work outs than you would if simply practicing. Players can organise their own group of friends for 6 for 45 min, 8 for 60 min or join an existing group.
